For F.R.I.E.N.D.S fans, deciding upon who the best couple on the show still remains a bone of contention. For some its Ross and Rachel and for others its Monica and Chandler. I belong to the “others” part of the above statement. Yes, Ross and Rachel were perfect and Mon and Chan were not! And that s what exactly makes their chemistry strong. The first time I thought they could make an awesome couple was when I watched the episode in season 1 where Carol’s having Ross’s baby. There is a scene where Mon is emotional about being single. That is when Chandler proposes of marrying her if neither of them is married by the time they are 40! I thought that was very sweet of him. The 4 th season again has a scene where Mon is again emotional for being single (having been broken off with her billionaire boyfriend Pete).
